DAN PARSLOW BAND

www.danparslow.com

"This performance is all about bringing people together through live music," said guitarist Dan Parslow. "We're looking forward to sharing an evening of great songs, improvisation, and positive energy with the Oakridge community."

Dan is well-known for his soulful, shredding guitar solos and his passion for the blues.  He has performed with many artists, including Taj Mahal, Bill Kreutzmann (Grateful Dead), Charlie Musselwhite, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Mike Gordon (Phish), and Steve Kimock, and has been a supporting act for Johnny Winter, Gregg Allman Band, Little Feat, John Mayall, B.B. King, Blue Oyster Cult, Robin Trower, Foghat, and Canned Heat, among many others.

TONE CLONES

The Tone Clones consist of Zane Heifner (acoustic stand up bass), Alan Glickenhaus (vocals, guitar, banjo, mandolin, dobro and fiddle) and Debbie Gilliam (vocals) Born at the beginning of Covid when gigging and being around groups of people was not possible, an unlikely meeting prompted a fruitful, bi-weekly session that has continued to flourish. A shared love of musical styles has led to hundreds of songs and quirky arrangements. Having played with multiple bands for decades, the Clones combine elements of blues, bluegrass, country, rock, gypsy and more, in what may best be called Americana music.

Attention to songcraft and flavor combined with Debbie's soulful voice make for a musical 'buffet' which has enough flavor to please many musical appetites!

McKENZIE CROSSING

https://www.instagram.com/mckenziecrossingband/

McKenzie Crossing is a five-piece traditional bluegrass band based in Eugene, Oregon. Known for their classic Americana roots sound, the group features Dennis Berck (guitar/vocals), Anne Leong (bass/vocals), Aedan Seaver, Albert Yang, and Linus Tremaine on instruments like the fiddle, mandolin, and banjo

The Loose End

https://timmclaughlinmusic.com

The Loose End is a fusion of Eugene’s eclectic jam, bluegrass, funk, and rock scenes.  Years of touring, gigging, and recording, along with a touch of mystical fate, have brought this group together. Their unique blend of rootsy acoustic/electric vibes with songs that resonate from a lifetime of ups, downs, and everything in-between creates original music that is both soulful and one-of-a-kind with a vulnerable perspective of life in these modern times. The Loose End has a musical synergy that flows with ease, with storytelling as much in the instrumental performance as the song itself.

Tim McLaughlin - guitar/vocals

Aaron Nelson - bass/vocals

John Raden - drums/vocals
